The Procedure and Process of the Awards
NOMINATION CRITERIA :
A- Category - Nomination Criteria for Industry and Business
- Nominations shall be invited only from Industry and Business organizations.
- Nominees’ total work experience should be more than 10 years. He / she should be associated with the current organization for at least 3 years. At the time of application he/she should be based in Maharashtra.
- The nomination will be accepted through the organization and not as individual entry.
- An Organization can nominate more than one Nominee.
- The reference of nominee’s achievements should be for last three years i.e. 07-08, 08-09 and 09-10 for specific parameters mentioned in application form.
B- Category - Nomination Criteria for NGO/Educational Institutes/Trusts/Semi-Government Category
- Nominations shall be invited to participate in award evaluation process.
- Nominees’ overall experience should be more than 10 years. He / she should be associated with the current assignment for at least 2 years. At the time of application he/she should be based in Maharashtra.
- An Organization can nominate more than one Nominee.
- A nominee must be a person who holds responsible rank & position and significant contribution during last 2 years i.e. for the years 08-09 and 09-10.
HOW TO APPLY
- Log on to the web site (URL) www.mahaintrapreneur.com for on line application.
- The web site provides necessary details about the award process and important dates to be remembered along with the Application Form.
- Considering the busy schedule and work pressures, organizers can provide assistance to the nominees to compile and complete the application form to meet the schedule date of submission. Assistance and help can be provided on request as follows:
- SIBM students shall assist the nominee in completing the application form.
- SIBM students will audio record the narration of achievements of the nominee based on the evaluation parameters.
HOW APPLICATIONS WILL BE EVALUATED: (Category A and B)
Phase 1:
- Individual Nominee will have to submit a write-up covering the pre-determined parameters.
- Applications will be scrutinized, evaluated and short listed considering the score against the pre-determined parameters by the Panel of independent Judges appointed for this purpose.
- Short listed individual nominees will qualify for Phase 2 evaluation.
Phase 2:
- The nominees would be invited to Pune to share their achievements, experiences in a interactive session with Panel of Judges.
- The Panel of Judges will give their recommendation to the organizers and in turn organizers will announce the names of winners.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
- Praj Maha-Intrapreneur Award steering Committee reserves the right to alter or make any changes in the "Award Scheme".
- The application form and any other documents, supplementary material submitted by the nominee will be retained by the organizers.
- The organizers will take all reasonable steps to protect confidentiality of the applications forms and information therein.
LAST DATE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORM (PHASE 1)
Applicants should forward the duly completed “Application Form” on or before 15th September, 2010.
